About CLP Jewelry

Christy Lea Payne first found her love for all things rustic tinkering in the barn at her Dad's house in Norman, Oklahoma.

After college and a few years designing against the backdrop of the Santa Fe, NM landscape, Christy & her husband, Zach moved to Denver where her childhood passion evolved into a blossoming jewelry design business.

Over the years she has progressed to a torch and hammer, working with gold, sterling & stones to create rustic, well-worn designs with a classic twist-the signature of her style. Christy feels each piece of jewelry she designs stands alone, but are even more enriched when worn layered together.

"I love to find the special imperfections in the pieces I design which makes each piece unique. So few things in life are perfect."

Christy finds inspiration in her travels and daily life surrounding her and Zach and their chocolate Labs, Clovis & Hazy.
